Message	delinquincy of a minor?? Were they drunk? Were you drunk? Were you having sex with them? I don't understand what they could charge you with, unless you are saying that if a rear light is blown, you're passengers can press charges against you. Or that somehow a blown light is contributing to the delinquincy of a minor??? Tell us the real story please.
